CHANGES FOR AFTERNOON GENERAL EDUCATION DISMISSAL - EFFECTIVE 8-21-13
After evaluating our afternoon pick-up procedures over the past few days, we are planning to make some modifications starting this Wednesday. Please note that TK, K and grade 3 will continue to exit through the same gate (Gate 1). However, TK and K parents will meet their children outside the Kindergarten yard near the grass area on the right as you enter the gate on Cabaletta.
Students in grades 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 will now be picked up at the rear gate (Gate 2). Parents are welcome to stand in the parking lot.
Autos will not be able to enter or exit the parking lot during dismissal time.
If siblings are released at the same dismissal time, they will meet at the youngest sibling's gate. There will be no change to the dismissal procedures for the Regional Autism Program. We hope these modifications will promote better flow during the pick-up process.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to refine our procedures.
